All claims are dealt with by expert claims handlers called Davies Managed Services.
Davies have a huge network and are often able to source replacement items or facilitate guaranteed high-quality repairs.
They also have an industry leading anti-fraud team which means all claims can be investigated and only genuine ones paid out. By tackling fraud upfront, Wrisk protects it’s customer-base and is able to keep its prices competitive.
At this stage, getting claims fulfilled correctly is more important to us than speed. That said, typical claims take between 5 and 10 days to reach resolution. Sometimes further information is required which means things can take a little longer.
Wrisk are already looking at ways to work with partners to accelerate our claims fulfilment process and expedite decision-making through the use of technology.
