We try to make claims as painless as possible. Apart from anything else, we know you’re probably already feeling sad or frustrated.
If you need to make a claim you can do this via the app where you can select the item(s) you are claiming for and provide details on the cause of loss etc. This information will be sent immediately to our third party claims provider Davies Managed Systems Limited (DMS). You will then receive a phone call from a claims handler to discuss the specifics of your claim and confirm the next steps for you.
If you'd rather not make a claim in the app (or if you have suffered a loss to your mobile phone) you can call DMS on 0330 058 3953 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure you notify us as soon as possible of your claim and definitely within 30 days of the event.
If a claim is the result of a crime you must make sure you inform the police within 48 hours.
