It’s bad enough that something has happened which means you need to make a claim – so we want to respond as quickly as possible to get you back up and running!
In order to do this we may need some documents from you. We recommend you keep:
- Receipts / Invoices
- Bank / Credit Card Statements
- Serial and model numbers
(We are busy working on new features to allow you to capture and store this information against each item from right inside your Wrisk app).
For any individual named item valued at more than £2,500 you will be required to provide proof of value in the event of loss or damage to that item. We will accept the original purchase receipt, any other proof of purchase, or a written valuation.
