If you have an on-going claim in progress, this will continue to be handled as normal with our claims provider Davies Managed Services (DMS). If you have any queries or concerns about this, please contact them directly on 0330 058 3953.
If you need to make a claim and you are using iOS you can do this via the app. This information will be sent immediately to DMS. You will then receive a phone call from a claims handler to discuss the specifics of your claim and confirm the next steps for you.
If you'd rather not make a claim in the app or you are using Android (or if you have suffered a loss to your mobile phone) you can call on 0330 058 3953.
Please make sure you notify us as soon as possible of your claim and definitely within 30 days of the event as this is a condition of the policy.
If a claim is the result of a crime you must make sure you inform the police within 48 hours.
