How do I know if the tracking has been successful?

  • Wrisk will aim to confirm via email that you have been identified as a Moneybox user within 7 days.
  • If you have not received the email and feel that you are eligible then please send us a message via in-app chat or to support@wrisk.co. The message should include the date you took out a policy with Wrisk.

Do I need to connect my Moneybox and Wrisk account?

  • No, the tracking takes place on the backend after you have clicked on the Wrisk link in the Moneybox app and downloaded the Wrisk app
  • So long as you click on the link and then proceed to take out a Wrisk policy, your details will be tracked and attributed to a Moneybox reward.

How do I claim the reward?

  1. In your Moneybox account, navigate to the ‘Moneybox+’ menu and select Wrisk from the partner offers. 
  2. Click on the link within the Wrisk section of Moneybox+ to download the app.
  3. When you are ready to purchase a policy, simply click ‘add a promo code’ and enter the Moneybox Voucher code provided.
  4. The reward will be issued after completing your second month with an active Wrisk policy.

  2. The offer is available to first time Wrisk customers only.
  3. To claim the offer please click through the offer link in the Moneybox app on the offer page and download Wrisk. When you are ready to purchase a policy, simply click ‘add a promo code’ and enter the Moneybox Voucher code provided.
  4. The reward includes a £5 voucher to be used against your first months premium, as well as a £5 reward in your Moneybox account.
  5. The Moneybox reward will be paid into your Moneybox account within 60 days of completing your second month with Wrisk.

  7. Once you have completed your order, Wrisk will share your email address with Moneybox in order that the £5 deposit be paid into your Moneybox account.

If you have more than one investment account with Moneybox, the £5 will be applied to your Moneybox Lifetime ISA as a priority (if applicable), then to your Moneybox ISA (if applicable), and then to your Moneybox General Investment Account (if applicable). In the event you have reached your ISA allowance for this tax year then you will be required to open a General Investment Account for the funds to be deposited into.
  14. Wrisk reserves the right to withdraw, amend or restructure the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  16. In the event of cancellation of the policy, the voucher value will not form part of any refund of premium.
  17. The voucher has no monetary value and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.
